Customer Administration

The customer management includes all company and contact data. Here you find everything you have discussed with your customer, offered or charged. Emails are automatically imported and assigned to contact. The history of all the companies your contact has ever worked, including old phone numbers, can be filed here. This gives you the possibility to better cross connect you contacts.

Contacts can be linked together and deposited with notes. So you can build a network where you can immediately see who knows whom, and why.

Existing customer tracked in other systems can be import either by electronic business card (vCard) or as a Excel file. Of course, you may also export your data as Excel or PDF file.
