Appointments and phone notes as well as any other none customer related notes can be entered to the ESS calendar. Emails are automatically imported and assigned. Hence, your colleagues are also informed about what has been discussed with whom. But not only your colleagues, you also know what your colleagues have discussed with the your or other clients.

The annual overview of the calendar is accessible at any time, wherever you are within ESS. Just move the mouse left hand bottom of the window and it will appear automatically. In this overview, you see all the birthdays, bank holidays and even your own, recurring events such as the wedding day. A click on birthdays immediately opens the corresponding customer file.
